Mr. Goldstein was elected our President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of the Board, and a director in March 2001.
In 2006, Mr. Goldstein was elected Chairman of the Board of Commercial Mutual Insurance Company. He was elected to the position of Chief Investment Officer in 2008.
Prior to joining DCAP, Mr. Goldstein was President of Atlantic Insurance, which operates insurance agencies in Pennsylvania, Atlantic Insurance Agency is now owned by DCAP Group.
Mr. Goldstein received his B.A. and M.B.A. from State University of New York at Buffalo, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1979.
He is a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. He has been married to Lauren since 1979, and has two children.
